Hi, I’m Glenn, the owner and technician behind Rayne Appliance Services.
Originally from the UK, I’ve called New Zealand home for the past 11 years. I have a mechanical engineering background, over 6 years of experience in appliance repair, and am EWRB registered (electrically licensed).
My combination of mechanical and electrical knowledge allows me to approach appliance faults from both sides — not just replacing parts, but taking the time to properly diagnose the cause of the problem.
I started Rayne Appliance Services with a simple goal: to provide a reliable, professional and honest appliance repair service that customers can trust.
I understand that when an appliance stops working, it can be a real inconvenience. I take the time to assess the appliance properly, explain the fault in straightforward terms, and provide practical repair options so you can make an informed decision about the best way forward.
I work on a wide range of household appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and insinkerators.
